This is a great opportunity to join us as a TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST!


  • Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, being a strategic advisor for them;
  • Ensure the end-to-end recruitment and selection projects, assisting hiring managers to set and manage the expectations throughout the hiring process;
  • Working with hiring managers to identify requirements and build candidates' profile;
  • Developing and implementing various recruitment strategies using different techniques of sourcing and interviewing;
  • Ensure a meaningful and efficient candidate experience; fostering long-term relationships with the candidates;
  • Engaging in the employer branding projects;
  • Maintaining the relationship with vendors for the recruitment and employer branding projects;
  • Participation at job fairs and recruitment events.


  • Bachelor Degree in Economics, Psychology, Human Resources related fields;
  • Master Degree would be a plus;
  • Working experience of at least 2 years in recruitment banking area.

Requirements & skills:

  • Very good command of English;
  • Very good analytical skills, organized and able to perform under pressure;
  • Very good PC skills;
  • Proactive and innovative, sales & goal oriented;
  • Communicative and with negotiation skills, client dedicated;
  • Trustful and loyal, enjoying working in teams, high ethical standards.
