Qualifications / Requirements
● Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, Change Management,
Incident Management, Problem Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Release
● Solid Development/Administrator background;
● Very Good experience in Service Portal and Content Management development;
● Good experience in web-based Integration (SOAP, REST) and other third-party integration;
● Knowledge of SLA types in ServiceNow;
● Basic Understanding of Web Services;
● Understanding of working on LDAP/SSO Server configuration;
● Should have knowledge and hands-on experience of basic admin concepts;
● Experience working on ServiceNow Instance/s management (Like Manage Upgrades, Activate
Plugin, Cloning);
● Experience working on setting up of ServiceNow reports;
● Experience working on ServiceNow Releases;
● Hands-on experience in JavaScript as an individual contributor;
● Knowledge on CMDB and Discovery modules.
Would be considered a plus:
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills – English Proficiency;
● Detail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines;
● Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently;
● Multiple tasks within the agreed timelines.
ServiceNow Developer is responsible for core system configuration. Gathering and documenting user
and process requirements, functional requirements, and developing technical requirements.
Developing workflow customizations and supporting the Service transformation teams. The
incumbent should have a solutioning mindset and should have a good understanding of all the
processes and workflows in ServiceNow.
● Provide software coding and customization including, but not limited to: screen tailoring,
workflow, administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third party
software integrations, and custom application development;
● Configuration/customization of the ServiceNow system;
● Building service requests from customer requirements including requests, request items and
tasks using workflows to manage data flows from the customer to the support teams
providing the services;
● Implementations of ServiceNow Workflow Design, creating and maintenance of workflows;
● Coordinate and solve complex technical data and transformation issues Obtain and
analyze/interpret business requirements to purpose sustainable solutions in ServiceNow;
● Working oWork directly with onsite team, take requirements, do the solutioning and deliver
end to end modules;
● Able to train users and analyze new SNOW functionality requests;
● Working on user management/ groups/ roles.
