Your main role is to identify and recruit potential candidates for the projects that we manage along with our customers.
- Identify potential candidates using classical recruiting channels;
- Innovative ideas for recruiting the best candidates are appreciated;
- Conduct interviews with the candidates;
- Create hiring packages along with the management for the different positions;
- Communicate with the customers’ responsible for identifying the best match in a project.
We also value:
- Responsible attitude, strong autonomy and ambition in achieving your mission;
- Previous experience in IT recruitment ( at least 3 years experience). Examples of technologies for which we recruit: Business Intelligence, Databases, Operating Systems, Programming Languages like Java, C#, Security Specialists, Infrastructure Specialists;
- Good command of English, both written and spoken. French would be a good plus.
