Updated knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionalities represents a plus.

Specific activity

Act as a reliable and grounded key stakeholder in the success of the project,

Master the industry knowledge by having a thorough understanding of the solutions Linksoft provides, both business-wise and technology-wise,

Become and act as a trusted advisor for the client,

Prove competent project planning and excellently manage resources in order to offer optimal effort estimations,

Lead the allocated team in order to obtain a long-term, efficient coordination with the client and respect the planned progress,

Manage performant risk assessments – identify possible shortcomings and prove decisiveness in proposing sustainable solutions,

Manage the profitability of the project – perform cost analyses and administer resource constraints in an effective way,

Be proactive and continuously optimize your approaches, as well as your technical and project planning skills,

Offer mentoring to newer or less experienced professionals in our company,

Show empathy, assertiveness, diplomacy and negotiation skills in your communication to multiple stakeholders.
