Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and enhance Memorial Romania's digital activities, optimizing website structure, user flows, and content.
• Develop and implement conversion rate optimization strategies, focusing on CTAs, forms, and user journeys.
• Conduct UX audits to identify and address friction points, improving conversion flows and mobile optimization.
• Lead the creation and optimization of landing pages for digital campaigns, ensuring a conversion-focused approach.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to maintain brand consistency across campaign pages.
• Manage tracking and measurement tools to ensure data accuracy and reliable reporting.
• Define and monitor KPIs for website and campaign performance, building dashboards and reports.
• Contribute to SEO strategies by optimizing website structure and collaborating with the SEO agency.
• Propose and implement new website functionalities to enhance user experience.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with a focus on performance and web roles.
• Proficiency in English for effective collaboration.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, GA4, and GTM.
• Strong understanding of conversion funnels, CRO, and UX/UI principles.
• Ability to collaborate with design teams and use tools like Figma.
• Analytical skills with a KPI-driven mindset.
• Project management skills and ability to work with technical teams.
• Passion for AI tools in marketing and interest in the healthcare field.
