Responsibilities

This role provides support to all business development actions which are part of the INS FW Segment Support.

CRM Support managed accounts on demand

  • Create/change contact details in CRM
  • Create and run reports
  • CRM Opportunities Management

Segment Sales Support

  • Team Room support if needed
  • Calls preparation and follow up
  • Newsletter creation and distribution

Cockpits & Reporting

  • Building and maintenance of Excel based reports
  • Testing of the new automated Sales reports
  • Automation of the existing Excel reports

Support for Marketing Campaigns

Research & Presentations

  • Benchmark analysis & Market research
  • Project Reference updated presentations
  • Account Presentations
  • Contact research for discovering new leads for specific marketing actions

Requirements:

  • University graduate
  • German and English advanced, mandatory
  • Basic commercial understanding
  • Previous experience in the customer service / contact center area 2 years
  • Advanced Excel skills
