For our client, which has a strong experience in Customer Support field, we are looking for a Remote Customer Specialist with German.
- Excellent speaking and writing skills in German (fluency in speaking and writing correctly);
- Previous work experience in a hospitality environment, experience in BPO / Contact center will be an added advantage;
- Good Communication and Customer Service skills;
- Microsoft Office skills;
- Availability for work in shifts / 2 weekends on month.
- Deliver exemplary customer service via email / chat/ social media ( 95 % of activity) and phone calls (5 % of activity)
- As part of the Contact Center team, answer inbound email / social media messaging/ calls from customers and handle queries about new reservations, changes to existing bookings and other aspects of hospitality, services, baggage queries.
