Support ensuring Access Management compliance in your area of responsibility;
Central contact person and consultant for Access Management topics (Manager, Application Owner, Master of Role, AM P in regions, employees);
Responsible for implementing and executing recertification of assigned access rights in your area of responsibility including training and awareness to the organization;
Support the creation/update of the Business role catalogue and ensure the usage of the Business role catalogue in your area of responsibility;
Support the creation and update of the internal process documentation;
Striving for a high level of Access Management standardization and automation, process quality and customer satisfaction;
Create something new: Support development of GS tools, processes & organizational changes (Onboarding & Exit process);
Regular update of working instructions for documentation and training purpose.
Qualifications
University degree (studies in IT engineering or related fields) or corresponding work experience;
Proficiency in spoken and written English, German constitutes an advantage;
Advanced knowledge in MS Office (esp. Excel);
General knowledge of processes and functionality in SAP - will be an advantage;
Knowledge and Access Management processes as well as existing tools will be an advantage;
Excellent customer orientation skills;
Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills;
Independent working style, self-driven;
Capacity to think holistically;
Excellent organizing skills;
Ability to work under pressure;
Ability to both follow existing processes as well as contribute to process improvement and maintenance;
