We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Payroll Specialist to join one of our clients,

world leader in automation production.

This is a fixed-term contract position designed to maintain alignment between the company and the payroll vendor.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Relationship with Payroll Vendor;
• Coordinate with external payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing;
• Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies with the payroll vendor;
• Review current payroll processes and identify areas for improvement;
• Implement standardized procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy in payroll operations;
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding payroll-related inquiries;
• Explain payroll policies, deductions, and other related matters to employees in a clear and understandable manner;
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of payroll data;
• Work closely with the HR and Finance departments and other stakeholders, to ensure alignment on payroll-related matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree;
• 3–5 years of experience in payroll operations;
• Advanced proficiency in both Spanish and English;
• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel;
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze payroll data, identify discrepancies, and efficiently resolve issues;
• Solid understanding of general payroll regulations; knowledge of Spanish tax laws is considered an asset;
• Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and payroll data;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
