Main responsibilities:

  • Managing personnel files (employment contracts, REVISAL)
  • Performing salary calculation on the basis of specific information (time sheet, medical and holiday leaves, unpaid leaves, salary changes, other benefits)
  • Calculation, registration and declaration of taxes and duties to the state budget
  • Making tax returns specific to the scope of activity
  • Checking and processing medical and holiday leave
  • Archiving of all additional documents / decisions as well as documents issued during the employment of the employees
  • Generating internal reports at request
  • Offering support to employees with regards to their benefits, employment status and other Human Resources matters;

Candidate profile:

  • A minimum of 5 years work experience in the payroll field  (within a large scale organization – a plus)
  • Charisma experience is mandatory
  • University graduate
  • Fluent user of English (both written and spoken)
  • Very good computer skills (Word, Excel – advanced level, other customized payroll software)
  • Very good knowledge of Romanian Labour legislation
  • Strongly analytical with commitment to accuracy and efficiency
