What you’ll be doing:

• You will monitor and analyse operational processes, support service performance reporting, identify opportunities for improvement.
• The role involves development and maintenance of reports and BI applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the optimization of service delivery through data-driven insights and effective operational support.
• You will align operational activities with business objectives and support decision-making by translating data insights into business-relevant actions.

Requirements:

What you need to know / have:

• A solid understanding of operational processes and service management, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with data, reports, and performance metrics is required, along with proficiency in relevant tools Qlik, Tableau, Looker Studio etc.
• You should have the ability to understand business priorities, assess operational risks and opportunities, and support business-driven initiatives.
