Our client is looking for an experienced CRM engineer with a particular focus on Salesforce to lead the continuous administration and development of their CRM systems. They want somebody who is eager to learn and is passionate about unleashing the potential of Salesforce to bring innovation and efficiency to their fast-growing company.
Essential Requirements
- Hands on experience with Salesforce administration and development (Classic and Lightning)
- Strong Salesforce product knowledge (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and custom objects)
- Excellent in Communication skills (written and verbal English)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Passionate and keen to learn
- Demonstrates a contagious 'can do' attitude driven through coaching/mentoring, critical thinking, innovation, problem-solving and clear communication skills.
- Experience in improving on process and suggesting and implementing new solutions
- Ability to work with business owners to define key business requirements, designing changes and communicating with stakeholders.
Desirable
- A degree in IT / Computer Science
- Experience with Salesforce Community Cloud
- Knowledge of Salesforce Apex
- Zendesk administration experience
- Microsoft Dynamics experience
- Salesforce Certification is highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with the team working with them to optimize and enhance our use of Salesforce
- Provide guidance and mentorship to a junior Salesforce administrator
- Create custom fields, objects and relationships
- Create and manage reports and dashboards
- Create and manage workflows, validations rules
- Document and maintain system processes
- Set up user profiles and managing records
- Training and supporting users
- Constantly look for ways to improve the system and value to our customers
- Report on issues and make recommendations
