Adecco Permanent Placement is recruiting for one of its clients, a Car Rental and Operating Leasing – Fleet Management Services Company ,  for a Key Account Manager in Bucharest.

We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee the relationship’s of the company with its important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term relationships with key customers by comprehending their requirements.

The ideal candidate will be be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  •  Attracting the potential client’s attention and turn that interest into sales;

  • Making efforts to identify and anticipate the client need;

  • Collecting and reports relevant market information;

  • Achieving sales objectives;

  • Maintaining a good relationship with assigned client;

  • Responsible for maintaining and developing successful business cooperation, in order to build and maintain their interest and satisfaction in the company’s products;

  • Accurate activity reporting; 

  • Intensive travel in the allocated territory;

  • Evaluating the customer potential within allocated area and identifying new business opportunities  and challenges

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as key account manager

  • 5 years’ experience in a similar position in a commercial environment ( (sales, customer care) preferably in leasing or automotive industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation

  • Higher education in business administration, sales or relevant field

  • Fluent in English at intermediate- advance level (written and spoken) with good communication skills

  • Computer skills (Microsoft suite)        

  • Driving license B category - mandatory
