What you will be doing:

  • support the recruiting team by consistently generating a healthy pipeline of high quality candidates for technical roles; if the case, we will also be involved in sourcing candidates for non-technical roles (finance, sales, marketing etc.)
  • partner with hiring managers and interview teams to understand their hiring needs, expectations and goals
  • create and execute unique and effective sourcing strategies and techniques to find top talent
  • contact potential candidates to present Tradeshift's career opportunities
  • schedule and coordinate meetings, Skype sessions, conference calls etc. Engage and screen candidates for relevant openings and assist them through the recruitment process, owning the candidate experience up to on-site interview
  • develop a strong understanding of Tradeshift’s culture and be knowledgeable on why people should work here
  • be the market knowledge expert and provide insights to recruiter and the company

About you:
