IT Project Manager

Scope of responsibilities

• Actively lead the planning process, project stages and customer engagement throughout the implementation.
• Create Project Management process. Create and improve configuration/ implementation processes and procedures.
• Ensures projects are delivered within scope, within goals and deliverables.
• Proactively manages any changes in project scope, identifies potential issues and devises contingency plans.
• Collaborates internally with Sales&Partner Management Team to foster strong partner relationships, manage partner expectations and adjust product, resources, scope, as necessary for the success of partner management and acquisition projects.
• Lead Revo applications development. Ensure projects are delivered within scope, goals and deliverables.
• Responsible for local interface implementation (including day-to-day work with IT vendors).
• Responsible for dealing with more complex customer queries that considers software/integrations.
• Manage vendors and challenge their approach.
• Be the expert – know the products and share that knowledge with your peers.
• Be the primary contact for all IT workstreams related to key CEE applications.
• Understand and solve basic technical challenges/issues.
• Drive collaboration between internal functional teams to achieve milestones and deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.

• Assists with the creation of Project Management process. Create and improve configuration/implementation processes and procedures.
• Provides status reports on project progress to client and Revo leadership team on a regular basis.
• Monitors project financials and is accountable for any fluctuations between projected and actual.
• Analyses and manages project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization company wide.

Requirements

• Master's Degree
• 2-4 years of project management; proven experience of software implementations management
• Excellent technical understanding: ability to demonstrate knowledge of software development life cycle, application design, integration, and hosting technologies
• Ability to influence technical discussions / designs / architectures
• Strong general computer literacy, including MS Office, Internet applications, ability and desire to advance technically
• Ability to work and achieve goals independently without daily monitoring at the manager's side, while at the same time escalating problem situations to him
• Good problem-solving skills, ability to clearly and concisely formulate thoughts, attention to details. Ability to handle the ambiguity in a dynamic and fast-paced developing environment
• Passion for the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Must be able to effectively communicate with executives and clients
• Fluent English and Romanian
• Desire to develop in a dynamically growing and ambitious Company
