- Strong knowledge of IT software and hardware asset management
- Proven experience in Device as a Service, Asset Onboarding and Offboarding Process, Refurbishment, RMA, Disposal Process, Warehouse Operations
- Strong Knowledge of ITSM Service Requests for Logistics,
- Working Experience of IT CMDB Tools . SNOW or Remedy HAM & SAM.
- Experience of Setting up DaaS Solution, HAM & SAM Integration, Process Definition and alignment with CMDB design team
- Proven ability and experience in executing strategic asset management processes successfully
- Strong experience in defining Order Forecasting and Mgmt. Process,
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management processes, as well as experience with Discovery tool
- Lead, Review and Monitor Partners Onsite & Logistics performance on SLA & Deliverables.
- Strong ability to carry out assigned tasks independently with little supervision
- Excellent at performing multiple tasks at the same time without erring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
