What you will do:

• Provide technical assistance and support to end users;
• Diagnosing and replacing faulty hardware;
• Diagnosing and rectifying minimal software issues;
• Specifying and assembling new hardware systems;
• Troubleshooting;
• Asset management;
• Service desk and incident management.

What we search in you:

• Have a keen interest in IT and looking to build his/her career;
• Have basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft and networks;
• Have attention to details and good communication skills;
• Have a good command of English;
• Office suite, especially Excel;
• Computer Science, Automatics or  Informatics;
• Very good communication skills;
• Problem - solver.
