Hardware Engineer - Sample Manager – PSS TSR

Job Description

  • Is the main interface between sample shop and ECU development team in ECC;
  • He is the key E&M interface for sample to explain the needs of the ECC R&D regarding timing, sample outcome and other requirements;
  • Tracking and checking the electronic components logistics;
  • He is supporting the E&M development locations to understand the needs of the sample shop;
  • In charge of one ECU or a family of ECU’s in serial production;
  • Plan and control the sample build (components, test departments, …);
  • Compile and check test reports;
  • Planning of all Electronic Engineering activities specific to Projects in serial production;
  • Support the PM for all HW related topics;
    Validate all reports, synthesis for customer before distribution and validate the sample build completion;
  • In charge of communication and technical solutions between sample shop and R&D teams;
  • Check and release of Change master (set DPMs, documents on FA);
  • Sign Production Release notes.

Job Requirements

  • Graduated the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Electrotechnics;
  • Have minimum 2 years of experience in electronic design;
  • Medium-High Knowledge of reading and understanding of analogue and digital electronic schematics;
  • Low-Medium knowledge of electronic design (analogue and digital: power supplies, sensors interfaces, microcontrollers, H bridge);
  • Medium level of English skills - at least in order to be able to discuss with international colleagues and read/create technical documentation (specifications/reports);
  • Experience in steering, problem solving tasks;
  • Knowledge about mechanical components;
  • Have a leadership, ownership and accountability mindset;
  • Have a communication, moderation and networking skills.
