Key Tasks and Responsibilities: 

  • To provide technical support via phone, chat, email or self-service system
  • Ensure high-level professional services for clients
  • To be committed to create and maintain a quality business relationship with customers
  • Respond to make effective use of technical, procedural and informational documentation
  • Identify any service related issues, impart to superior and take ownership of user problems
  • Support users in the use of computer equipment by providing necessary training and advice
  • Help and share knowledge with colleagues in particular cases


Skills and attributes required: 

  • University Degree (IT or Computer Science is plus)
  • 1-2 years work experience in IT field is plus
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft programs, especially in Office systems
  • Confident PC hardware set-up and configuration knowledge
  • Have excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills in foreign languages
  • Open-minded and helpful personality
