First Line Support - help desk with German and English
Our client main activities are system integration and IT outsourcing, however they also offer a full-scope of software and hardware platform SAP system services, remote and local server operation services, network management as well as network supervision services.
• Provide an outstanding experience to German customers
• Assess nature of product or IT service issues and resolve basic to complex support problems for customer inquiries received via email and phone (and occasionally live chat).
• Use a variety of modern communication channels to offer the best possible service
• Administratively process the customer experience cases via different computer applications
• Fluent language skill in German and English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Secondary school is required
• Work experience in international company and multilingual team
