The Service Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing the service throughout its lifecycle from planning to execution in support of organizational strategy and objectives. He works closely together with the Service Architects, Pre-Sales, and Marketing during the lifecycle development process, and are seen and respected as single point of contact for the service/product within scope. They are highly motivated, self-driven, and able to translate current and future customer requirements into innovative services/products.
