We are seeking a dynamic Country Delivery Manager to take full ownership of our delivery channel, focusing on operational execution, internal coordination, and relationships with delivery platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate national relationships with delivery platforms.
• Implement and standardize internal delivery processes from POS to kitchen to courier.
• Analyze location performance and implement improvement plans.
• Oversee delivery campaigns from an operational perspective.
• Own the reduction of refunds and enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate across Operations, Marketing, IT, Finance, and Customer Support.
