Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage annual salary increase and bonus campaigns.
• Monitor compensation indicators to ensure internal equity.
• Manage employee benefits including profit-sharing, health insurance, and provident schemes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and collective agreements.
• Collaborate with HR teams on compensation-related topics.
• Participate in cross-functional HR projects.

What We Look For:

• University Degree.
• 4-5 years of experience in HR, focusing on Compensation & Benefits.
• Proficiency in HR systems.
• Advanced English; German or French is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and initiative.
