Join Sanofi as Sanofi Genzyme Business Unit Assistant.

Within the framework of Sanofi global business strategy, Sanofi Genzyme Business Unit Assistant  performs complex administrative and organizational activities related to the resources of SGZ BU (such as personal, financial, technical or material) in order to support the General Manager and all employees of the SGZ BU, in accordance with the internal standards of the company.

About growing with us

In this role you will….

  • Carry out a wide range of administrative tasks to directly support the SGZ General Manager and establish the connection between the Regional Sales Managers and all departments and divisions within the organization

  • Collaborate with the SGZ General Manager by sending and receiving information and questions, centralizing data, organizing the Division’s internal agenda, etc.

  • Ensure the smooth implementation of the main managerial activities: planning and organization of activities, their coordination and monitoring

  • Provide permanent support to the Regional Sales Managers within the Division regarding various administrative and sales activities

  • Ensure the accuracy of records and files, drafts and processes a variety of documents, reviews and checks if the information is complete and accurate

  • Register and administrate of service contracts and other relevant documents within the SAP application (invoices, orders, etc.), in full compliance with the Group’s internal regulations

  • Register contracts (services, sponsorships, others) and verify their compliance with the Group’s internal regulations

  • Directly contribute to the internal and external events organized by the colleagues within the Division

  • Provide support to ensure accommodation, booking of meeting rooms, travel arrangements, payment of various participation fees (in case of conferences or symposiums) and drafting of various materials to be used, in collaboration with the person in charge

  • Draft correspondence and communicates with customers and external providers, as per the requirements of the General Manager

  • Draft payment analyses, statistics and data base on customers, competitors, market structure / evolution in specific terms, presents these analyses to relevant managers, as per the requirements

  • Execute comparative analyses and check data already registered in various data base

  • Draft various weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual reports

  • Ensure the translation of documents if necessary

  • Ensure an efficient work flow of internal documents, as well as a good communication and relation with partner operational departments within the organization (HR, PR, Financial, Legal, RA & Governmental Affairs, IT, etc.)

About you

Qualifications/ Education & work experience

Education:  University Degree

Experience & knowledge:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position within a multinational company.

 Core competencies /skills:

  • High level of computer use: MS Word, MS Excel , MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook;

  • Analytical thinking, attitude focused on problem solving, time management and ability to perform multiple tasks;

  • Demonstrate a high level of energy and personal responsibility for individual and team goals;

  • Good team worker, able to build relationships within departments and functions;

  • Integrity, tenacity, resilience and adaptability in complex and often changing environment; ability to withstand pressure and meet deadlines and commitments;

  • Deep loyalty and confidentiality, tact, diplomacy, intuition.

  • Determination, punctuality;

  • Advanced English

  • Fluent Romanian
