Our company is developing and you can expand your career along with it!We are currently looking for a Support Analyst based at our customer site in Paris La Défense/ France.

The Support Analyst will provide client specific product and software support to our clients’ users via email, phone and tickets and will handle related problems encountered in order of priority and within the optimum time scale, in accordance with procedures and project SLA’s.

The main job responsibilities of the Support Analyst are:

• Develop quickly skills and knowledge of the clients’ systems

• Understand, analyze and provide support to internal customers

• Daily monitoring of open/closed tickets (Jira/Service Now)

• Reporting

• Monitor access rights of users and third parties

• Test and document processes for new applications

• Follow implementation stages of the clients projects: from the business request until deployment and support

• Train users

• Document all processes

• Analyze and propose solutions of local users


• Languages: French and English

• Good communication skills, in order to communicate with the client (locally and remotely) and with 3rd parties

• Ability to work in a team

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package

• User knowledge of different types of smart phones
