What you will be doing?

The Central Creative team “Support & Communication” department maintains a trust-based relationship with local Creative designers, as well as other Operations and R&D units. You will be managing a team of 3 individuals in charge of:

  • Helping local teams built clear technical specs for feature requests framework (Banners, Tools, Reports and Ticketing)
  • Conducting tools and banners testing
  • Providing high quality support to local creative designers by managing bug tickets (review, investigation, escalation)
  • Define and apply CS Communication strategy thru communication tools: Confluence pages, email, CS Decks…
  • Local teams knowledge regarding products, processes, tools and best practices

Profile:

  • 8+ years of experience
  • You speak fluent English
  • Good analysis skills
  • You keep a calm voice and cool head under pressure
  • Ability to utilize and troubleshoot applications
  • You know how to build Processes or Technical specifications
  • Basic knowledge in HTML5 / CSS3 / JavaScript is required
  • You know Jira or any ticketing system
  • Ability to communicate globally with International teams
  • Good business understanding and ability to defend your arguments to technical teams
