• Conduct advanced investigations for complex deposits, withdrawals, and securities trading.
• Act as the primary escalation point, offering technical guidance and mentorship to junior officers.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement AI-driven solutions to optimize workflows.
• Perform in-depth analysis and manage high-level sanctions escalations.
• Interpret and disseminate updates on regulatory requirements to ensure team alignment.
• Prepare data-driven reports and support regulatory audits.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Law, Economics, or a related field, with 3-5+ years of experience in AML/TM. Proficiency with TM systems and AI-enhanced compliance tools is essential. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and strong leadership skills are highly valued.
