We are looking for an Operational Excellence Engineer (VOES Engineer) to drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency across our organization. The ideal candidate will use data-driven methods and lean principles to identify inefficiencies, implement best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

 Key Responsibilities :

Ensure excellence culture implementation within the company

  • Lead and support operational excellence initiatives across various departments to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency
  • Apply project management methodologies to improve initiative delivery and team collaboration
  • Analyze current processes using data analysis, root cause analysis, and value stream mapping to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop, implement, and sustain Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to build operational excellence capabilities among employees
  • Drive standardization and best practices to ensure operational consistency
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate digital tools and automation opportunities to optimize workflows
  • Track, report, and communicate progress of improvement projects to stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field

  • Proven experience (typically 10+ years) managing projects in operational excellence, process improvement, or continuous improvement roles
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other operational excellence methodologies (certifications preferred)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in process mapping, root cause analysis, and performance metrics
  • Effective communication and facilitation skills to engage teams and lead change
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is required to communicate effectively with global teams and stakeholders
