We are looking for an Operational Excellence Engineer (VOES Engineer) to drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency across our organization. The ideal candidate will use data-driven methods and lean principles to identify inefficiencies, implement best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

Ensure excellence culture implementation within the company

Lead and support operational excellence initiatives across various departments to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency
Apply project management methodologies to improve initiative delivery and team collaboration
Analyze current processes using data analysis, root cause analysis, and value stream mapping to identify areas for improvement
Develop, implement, and sustain Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to build operational excellence capabilities among employees
Drive standardization and best practices to ensure operational consistency
Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate digital tools and automation opportunities to optimize workflows
Track, report, and communicate progress of improvement projects to stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field

Proven experience (typically 10+ years) managing projects in operational excellence, process improvement, or continuous improvement roles
Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other operational excellence methodologies (certifications preferred)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in process mapping, root cause analysis, and performance metrics
Effective communication and facilitation skills to engage teams and lead change
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is required to communicate effectively with global teams and stakeholders
