We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included.

We are looking for a Content Moderator (Romanian speaker) to join our team in Porto, Portugal. This position is focused on ensuring compliance, safety, and quality of content on a leading e-commerce platform. Candidates must already be located in Porto.

About the Role:

As a Content Moderator, you will guarantee products and services standards within the e-commerce platform. Your responsibilities include rational decision making with local market expertise as well as ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards while reviewing content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Become and remain knowledgeable and passionate about e-commerce products and services standards
• Review content within agreed service levels and quality standards
• Ensure policy/legal compliance and the safety of uploaded content
• Adapt to policy changes and shifting schedules while following operating protocols
• Escalate issues to the company in line with established procedures

Requirements:

• Romanian at C2 level
• Good command of English (B2)
• Strong moderation and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Solid understanding of e-commerce and ability to handle peak volumes during promotion seasons
• Customer service orientation, empathy, and rational decision making
• Availability to work 24/7 rotative shifts (Monday to Sunday, 2 rotating days off)

Contract & Conditions:

• Contract duration: 6 months
• Working model: On-site in Porto

Salary & Benefits:

• Base salary: 950 € gross/month
• Complexity bonus: 150 € gross/month
• Meal allowance: 7.23 € net per working day
• Transport allowance: 20 € per month

For relocating candidates:

• Reimbursement of Airfare on the 6th month of Contract up to 400€ in Economy class,
• Apartment Room with rent of 280€ for 12 months (discounted directly from the payslip).
