Candidatul ideal

Experiență de minim 4 ani pe un post similar de diagnosticare și depanare Hardware și Software.

Cunoștințe solide de Hardware & Software (Windows, Office365, Email maintenance, ).

Deschidere catre partea de Cyber Security (se plătesc cursuri/training-uri in vederea obținerii competentelor în securitate cibernetică)

Permis de conducere cat. B  

Responsabilități:

Activitatea se desfășoară din cele două sedii ale companiei din București. Rolul este axat pe oferirea de asistență tehnică remote dar si floor walking. Vei prelua solicitările clienților și vei asigura diagnosticarea sau rezolvarea incidentelor de nivel 1 și 2.

Responsabilitățile includ administrarea conturilor de utilizator, mentenanța serviciilor de email, servicii AD, configurarea echipamentelor IT conform procedurilor și instalarea de aplicații. Vei lucra alături de doi colegi seniori ce îți vor oferi suport în rezolvarea spețelor complexe.
