Are you ready to elevate your career in finance operations within a dynamic international environment? Join our team as a Junior O2C (Order to Cash) Specialist in Porto, where you'll support European markets and grow your expertise in finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Accounts Receivable processes
• Handle invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups
• Monitor open balances and resolve discrepancies
• Communicate with customers in the assigned market language
• Support month-end closing activities related to AR
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Use ERP systems and Excel to track and analyze financial data
• Deliver a high level of customer service while meeting SLAs

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 6 months of experience in O2C, Accounts Receivable, or Finance Operations
• Knowledge of accounting and finance principles
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables preferred)
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite is a plus)
• Fluent Dutch or German with advanced English (C1)
• Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to multitask
