Join our dynamic team at Rock Trans Spedition, where we keep things moving across roads, skies, and seas. We are expanding our sea freight team and are looking for a Freight Forwarder with at least 3 years of experience who values organization, clear communication, and building professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle requests and organize sea freight shipments (import/export).
• Request and manage offers from shipping lines, agents, and consolidators.
• Make bookings and track shipments (ETA/ETD, tracking).
• Manage specific documentation (Shipping Instructions, Bill of Lading, etc.).
• Maintain constant communication with clients and proactively inform them about shipment status.
• Handle unforeseen situations (delays, roll-over, demurrage/detention).
• Verify costs and collaborate with the billing department.
