Key responsibilities:

  • Registers customer orders in the system and confirm the customers  the best delivery date;
  • Informs the customers of all changes in delivery schedules;
  • Assures and coordinates the internal transport and export of  all customer orders;
  • Makeommercial invoices and all documents necessary for them;
  • Maintains SAP data on: customer orders, system parameters, comercial conditions, forms, sales prices, etc.
  • Updated the long-term sales plan according to the data provided by the sales representatives.

Desired skills & Experience:

  • University degree in a technical or economiarea
  •  Background within customer service  would be highly valued
  • 2  years of  experience iustomer service;
  • Knowledge of customs legislation and intrastat
  • We are very interested in proactive attitude, strong customer orientation, attention to details, independent, structured and analytical attitude
  • Good communicative skills and capacity to teamwork
  • Good English knowledge - additional language is advantageous (german or italian)
  •  Computer skills : (MS OfficeSAP program;
