We are looking for a results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and actively contribute to the optimization of logistics processes.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations and good flow
• Ensure timely and accurate order preparation and dispatch
• Monitor stock levels and participate in inventory activities
• Ensure compliance with standards (FIFO, 5S, space organization)
• Lead and coordinate the warehouse team
• Manage warehouse equipment (forklifts, manual and electric pallet trucks)
• Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Monitor warehouse conditions (temperature, safety, accessibility)
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and logistics projects

Requirements:

• University degree (preferred in a relevant field)
• Experience in a similar warehouse/logistics role
• Team coordination experience
• Knowledge of SAP / WMS – an advantage
• Familiarity with 5S and continuous improvement practices
• Good English skills, used in daily professional communication
• Forklift license (ISCIR)
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
