We expect from you to:
Have a bachelor's degree or a master’s degree in a technical field
Have at least 1 year work experience in first or second line support
Be able to work in an effective and quality-oriented way
Have the ability to engage productively with customers
Have strong communication skills and a pragmatic attitude
Be fluent in Polish and in English

For this specific position you will need to:
Take ownership of technical issues, and working with our development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary
Be analytical with a willingness to explore options to solve technical customer issues
Communicate effectively with customers, including expectations for callbacks and follow-up on their issues
Follow helpdesk process to support cases
Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
Provide technical advice and answering queries from clients
Update records with resolutions
Suggest improvements to working practices
