Trade Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trade Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Trade Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand visibility in the competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement trade marketing strategy for Romania in line with sales and brand objectives.
• Plan and execute trade marketing activities across retail channels, including promotions, in-store activations, and visibility initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and category teams to drive execution excellence at the point of sale.
• Support sales teams with tools, materials, and campaigns to increase product visibility and sell-out.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and in-store execution standards.
• Analyse performance of trade activities and promotions; provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage and control trade marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and ROI.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in trade marketing, ideally in FMCG or pet food industry;
• Experience in planning and executing in-store promotions and trade campaigns;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate campaign effectiveness;
• Good project management and organizational skills;
• Team player with strong communication and cooperation skills;
• English at minimum B2 level (spoken and written);
• Willingness to travel within Romania region;
