Sales Process

  • Improvement and proper application of execution standards
  • Responsible for volumes/meeting weekly, monthly, annual target – AOP, in allotted area
  • Estimates sales throughout the area on all sales channels together with his team and his direct superior

 
Market execution
 

  • Meets the numeric distribution objective (number of outlets to sell PepsiCo products)
  • Monitors merchandising at client’s location
  • Ensures proper administration of coolers and all company’s goods
  • Ensures execution of Trade Marketing promotions
  • Respects contract for CDA accounts
  • Prepares action plans for poor execution
  • Builds positive relationships with clients
  • Identifies development opportunities of market share, volume and income
  • Identifies solutions for problems regarding Accounts Receivable

 
Team management

  •  Sets clear priorities for the team members/ dedicated team and ensures execution standards
  •  Sets performance objectives for the team and communicates clearly expectations and role
  •  Evaluates performances, offers accurate and timely feedback, offers documentation for all possible problems
  • Complies with and applies internal development tools
  • Ensures support for success – attends important negotiations and answers clients’ challenges
  • Minimizes turnover and over time
  • Partners with HR department regarding timesheets, recruitment needs, disciplinary searches, any other documents necessary to obtaining legal rights for his team.
