• Monitor national and regional public procurement platforms daily to identify new business opportunities.
• Analyze tender documentation to ensure compliance with participation requirements and prepare necessary clarification requests.
• Create summary sheets to share opportunities with relevant business units.
• Prepare and draft administrative, technical, and financial documentation required for procurement procedures, working closely with internal departments.
• Coordinate the final drafting and submission stages, including electronic submissions on public procurement platforms, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Track all stages of the tender process, from qualification to bid submission, managing intermediate steps such as requirement verification and clarifications.
• Monitor the contract lifecycle, managing addendums, renewals, and extensions, ensuring all documentation is formally correct.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in bid preparation.
• Knowledge of public procurement legislation and project phases in Romania.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, and Primavera software.
• Fluency in English and Romanian is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong technical knowledge, effective communication skills, and a team-oriented attitude are essential.
