- Call clients for selling purposes, taking into account ethic norm and bank’s procedures;
- Focus in achieving the target for the success rate mentioned for each campaign, taking into account telesales KPI (success rate, quantity, quality);
- Know in details the product to be sold and the services related to it;
- Propose ways to improve the script and the sale technics;
- Know very well bank’s services, products, costs and partners mentioned in internal procedures or in information e-mails;
- Offer constant feed-back regarding market opportunities and client’s needs;
- Promote the image of the company in front of external and internal clients.
- Good knowledge of English (spoken and written);
- Communicative person, team-player spirit, customer oriented;
- Telephone communication skills;
- Problem solving attitude, pro-active person.
- Would be a plus: knowledge of Microsoft Office and previous experience in financial system;
