Technical UX Designer

We are looking for a Technical User Experience Designer for our team at Technology in Timisoara. He will ensure that the 'user experience' for individuals using websites or applications is as efficient and pleasurable as possible.

Responsibilities
* Transform the product's vision, experience concepts and campaign ideas into systems and structures ready for implementation
* Define user flows, process charts, wireframes, sitemaps, textbooks and interactive prototypes
* Meet with clients to gather information about their requirements
* Create information architectures and user journeys, and co-create design systems
* Translate concepts into wireframes, prototypes and user flows using specialist tools such as (InVision, Sketch, Overflow)

* Work on cross-platform applications to develop user experiences covering mobile phones, tablets and computers

* Ensure design standards, guidelines and best practices are adhered to

* Ensure that all colleagues in the organization have an understanding of UX design practices

Requirements
* Significant experience in UX/IA, preferably within the sphere of apps, websites and other web based products and platforms
* Eagerness for analytical and structured work, thinking in and building of systems and structures
* Openness towards technology, its possibilities and pitfalls

* Competent and confident in client interaction, strong presentation skills, able to take and translate feedback very well
* Self-organized and driven work ethic, very good knowledge of English; knowledge of German is a plus

* Empathy with the customer so that you can understand what they want from the website/app
* Excellent written communication skills, with an eye for detail

* An aptitude for using a logical, step-by-step approach to ensure designs are user friendly and simple for end users

* Excellent problem-solving skills
