Technical Trainer (aria SMT)

Responsabilitati principale:

  • Livrarea programelor de training tehnic pentru operatorii care lucreaza in zona SMT.
  • Suport in procesul de onboarding si integrare a noilor angajati din Productie.
  • Instruirea si dezvoltarea operatorilor existenti pentru a asigura flexibilitatea intre schimburi.
  • Desfasurarea de traininguri suplimentare, atunci cand este necesar, pentru imbunatatiri de proces sau cerinte specifice ale clientilor.
  • Monitorizarea si gestionarea perioadelor de valabilitate ale trainingurilor, asigurandu-se ca toate certificarile sunt actualizate si conforme cu standardele de proces si ale clientilor.
  • Mentinerea unor evidente de training corecte si actualizate pentru toti operatorii din productie.
  • Calcularea, urmarirea si raportarea indicatorilor cheie de performanta (KPI) aferenti ariei de Training.

Profilul candidatului:

  • Minimum 2 ani experienta intr-un mediu de productie, cu expunere la livrarea sau sustinerea activitatilor de training.
  • Minimum 2 ani experienta in industria EMS si cunostinte solide despre procesele SMT.
  • Studii tehnice intr-un domeniu relevant.
  • Abilitati excelente de comunicare si relationare.
  • Nivel mediu de limba engleza.
