Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of the Gannet system and contribute to its continuous improvement
• Handle and resolve customer support tickets in a timely and effective manner  
• Take ownership of issues, working closely with customers to ensure their expectations are met
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions, contributing to product enhancements
• Minimize escalations by reproducing issues and improving processes and support tools

Desired Skills

• Experience with supporting ERP Applications and their corresponding business processes
• Experience working with Microsoft Windows and Excel
• Experience or desire to learn Microsoft SQL Server and Reporting Services
• Nice to have experience with programming and development of Windows Applications
• Nice to have experience with Microsoft Power BI
• Nice to have experience with basic Microsoft Windows Server administration
• Curiosity and willingness to learn
• Advanced English skills
