Become our colleague in our ICT Delivery & Consultancy team. You will be a vital part of managing and evolving the connectivity backbone that powers our client's critical services, ensuring that over 1,000 locations and essential banking infrastructure remain online and optimized.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 operational support for a massive WAN infrastructure, including routers, access switches, and wireless points.
  • Monitor network health and proactively respond to alerts to ensure maximum uptime across 1,000+ sites, including ATM and POS networks.
  • Perform advanced diagnostic, troubleshooting, and configuration maintenance for WAN services.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of network incidents and changes, ensuring traceability within ticketing systems.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and propose preventive measures to enhance network resilience.
  • Configure and deploy new equipment for site openings, relocations, or connectivity expansions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to coordinate remote interventions and hardware replacements.
  • Administer and update network assets within monitoring, configuration, and authentication platforms.

What you’ll need to know/have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in network technical support, NOC operations, or WAN administration.
  • University degree in Telecommunications, Networking, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Solid knowledge of networking, specifically WAN connectivity and TCP/IP.
  • Proficiency in routing protocols, DHCP, and DNS.
  • Hands-on experience configuring Cisco and Fortinet routing equipment.
  • Proven experience in incident and change management processes.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills to handle complex distributed environments.
  • Advanced English skills.

Nice to have (if you don’t know it, we will teach you):

  • Experience with Fortinet switches and access points.
  • Professional certifications such as Cisco CCNA or Fortinet NSE4.
  • Knowledge of network automation or scripting to improve monitoring efficiency.
  • Familiarity with advanced authentication and monitoring platforms.
