Our company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients regarding our state-of-the-art battery products.

Responsabilities:

• Aftersales technical service 
• Training for local distributors and installers
• Coordination during the whole lifespan of a customer request case/warranty claim
• Help building up local aftersales service network for the company 
• Commercial support in the assigned region when requested by sales team

Requirements:

• Related academic background: electrical engineering, electronic engineering, telecommunications, etc.
• Electician certificate and experience with in C&I Solar PV installations is prefered
• Good communication capability in Romanian and English, a third language or Chinese is prefered
• Results oriented and willingness for problem solving, emotionally well balanced
• Availability for frequent short trips for site service
• Driving license
