Your responsibilities:

  • Ongoing phone and email technical support (inbound only) for inverter manufacturer clients regarding photovoltaic system servicing
  • Customer support and technical consulting at the 1st level support
  • Analysis and monitoring of current and new service requests
  • Ensuring a professional image of the company among clients, partners, and employees
  • Direct cooperation with inverter manufacturers

Our requirements:

  • Basic knowledge or interest in technical aspects related to electricity, electronics, and renewable energy installations is preferred
  • Fluency in Romanian (preferably native speaker) and Hungarian language skills are an advantage
  • Fluent English – the main communication language within the company
  • Experience in customer service
  • Responsibility, independence in action, and openness to new solutions
  • Good communication skills, professionalism, and assertiveness
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Willingness to participate in a 2-week technical training and onboarding abroad, fully covered by the company

Work model & training

  • Fully remote position
  • Initial two-week onboarding and technical training conducted at the company’s office abroad
  • Further technical training organised at the company’s office abroad approximately once a year, lasting 1–2 weeks
  • All travel, accommodation, and training costs fully covered by the company
  • All necessary work equipment provided by the company (laptop, headset, etc.)

Another important domain of ROVA SYSTEMS is providing technical support for manufacturers of electro-energetic equipment. e offer comprehensive servicing and technical support for users, along with solutions that enhance service operations, including a multilingual hotline.
We collaborate with manufacturers of various equipment, including Sungrow, the world’s largest inverter manufacturer, for which we are an authorized service partner.
