We are looking for a positive and driven individual who is responsible for managing/building the ADI Support team and handling Project/Sales Support & activities related to the Fire and Security Industry’s. The ideal candidate will build internal and external relationships to expedite complicated cases and develop broad understanding of customer needs. We are looking for someone to support the knowledge-sharing mindset, methodology, and tools that we set ourselves as a team and you will help develop the Project Support/Administration Process. You will ensure an accurate and professional procedure for documenting and recording of all activity and communication. Introduce and implement a pro active and forward-thinking mindset that will increase internal knowledge, communication and drive efficiencies that will in turn enhance service level and continually drive service excellence.
