To strengthen our team in Bucharest, we are looking for a Technical Assistant of Pre-Construction to support the renewable energy project development team.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of professional experience;
Technical background, preferably in electrical engineering/energy;
Proficiency in main software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.);
Knowledge in the wind/photovoltaic energy sector is preferred but not mandatory;
Availability to travel nationwide for visits to solar/wind project sites, public authorities, municipalities, etc.;
Category B driving license;
Advanced knowledge of English or intermediate knowledge of Italian.

Responsibilities:

Providing technical support during the pre-construction phase of new power plants;
Reviewing and assisting in the preparation of documentation required to obtain construction permits;
Supporting project development activities, in coordination with the development project manager, subcontractors, and in collaboration with external consultants;
Providing technical assistance in permitting procedures, particularly in preparing documentation and subsequent amendments;
Assisting in monitoring permits for energy projects (ANRE establishment permit, environmental permit, etc.);
Contributing to the drafting of project-related contracts.
