Description
▪ Lead all production & material planning activities and processes for the plant
▪ Initiate and manage production planning optimization measurements and continuous improvement activities to improve the efficiency, reliability, and cost situation in cross-functional teams by applying CBS methods and training measures according to standards
▪ Contribute to SCM plant targets
▪ Support and execute all related SIOP-activities within master planning and demand and supply balancing (e.g. provide machine capacity informations or execute supply adjustments)
▪ Represent the plant towards internal and external contacts regarding production planning topics
▪ Assist management and other individuals in meetings/communication as a back up or substitute to the Head of Supply Chain Management as needed
▪ Initiate, participate in and/or steer local supply chain related and cross-functional projects
▪ Participate actively in the activities of Environment, Safety & Health (ESH)
▪ Ensure production planning is compliant and activeley monitor activities to certify compliance
▪ Actively work towards full automation to support the integrated supply chain planning model set by GS
