POSITION PURPOSE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help support our growing needs, both in Romania and across our global locations. As a strategic partner to the ICT business, you will be focused on technical staff recruiting. You will own the hiring and selection process and partner closely with hiring teams for successful delivery of talent acquisition projects. You will also have the opportunities to explore a wide area of HR topics and contribute to optimizing and scaling our HR programs to best support the growing needs of the company.

  • Lead hiring projects, sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding;
  • Build and maintain partnership with Business Leaders and/ or hiring Managers to define and deliver recruitment requirements aligned to business needs;
  • Interact with global HR team based to drive strategy, goals, process, and metrics;
  • Partner with vendors and providers to develop and coordinate our employer branding initiatives, both offline and online;
  • Seek out emerging technologies and implementing best practices;
  • Build long term relationships with prospective candidates, providing a positive experience to every individual, and finding the right match between candidate, opportunity, and the business;
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences and networking groups, and builds a pipeline of future available professionals;
  • May develop in other HR domains and participate in influencing and implementing the global HR hiring strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate is a genuine team player who can reach objectives individually while building collaboration and coordination with other team members across the world.

  • Academic degree in a relevant discipline (business, psychology etc.);
  • 3 to 5 years’ work experience, of which at least 2 years’ in the IT industry;
  • Experience with building and executing recruiting strategy;
  • Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Demonstrates passion for innovative HR recruitment solutions and process improvements;
  • Fluency in English is a must.
