Our Exciting Opportunity: 

  

We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will perform talent attraction and talent acquisition tasks according to standard processes/procedures . end to end recruitment process. You will be part of the Talent Acquisition Team from Bucharest and as a daily job, you will perform analysis and suggests improvements in processes and tools. 

  

You will: 

  

  • Support candidate sourcing 

  • Influence and drive sourcing strategies to support the hiring mandates 

  • Guide sourcing teams 

  • Explain roles and responsibilities & pipeline for senior and critical roles

  • Screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, draft employee offers, contracts and agreements within a set framework, and selection process

  • Build and maintain partnerships with business leaders, hiring managers, and partners to deliver workforce and talent acquisition plans 

  • Act as the subject matter expert on recruiting markets, competitive trends, compensation, and other relevant areas. 

  • Generate data-driven market insights, utilize data to continuously evolve the sourcing strategies 

  • Take full ownership of and handle the hiring plans for your business lines as per your discussion with hiring manager/ business leads 
  • Support onboarding activities

  • Manage various internal and External tools (SAP, ATS, LinkedIn, Job boards etc.) or any other local tools which you may be requested to work on project/ BAU as per requirement 

  • Identify and research new innovative and creative sourcing methods through social media, direct sourcing, and alternative avenues
  • Manage communication and cooperation among individuals and groups including conflict resolution, stress management, diversity awareness, and teamwork to promote overall success

  

To be successful in the role you must have: 

 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in End to End recruitment 

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably within HR or relevant experience 

  • Proven, proactive screening background utilizing multiple avenues to develop and execute creative pipeline strategies aimed at generating candidate flow

  • Understanding of recruiting markets, competitive trends, compensation, and other relevant areas  

  • Presenting & communicating skills

  

Desirables: 

 

  • Experience in recruiting for BPO industry 
  • Exposure of EMEA hiring 

  • Excellent MS Office skills (XL/ PPT/ SharePoint etc.)
